Designed especially for early childhood educators with at least three years of post-baccalaureate experience, Erikson's new online master of science degree in early childhood education helps you do what you love to do, and do it better.
This two-year program gives you a deeper understanding of how children grow and learn and of the role their families, communities, and culture play in their development and success. It offers you membership in a community of practice where you can: integrate and apply critical child development theory to your work as an educator; develop and refine advanced practice skills; and identify and focus on the aspects of education that matter most to you - as a teacher, a curriculum coordinator, or a director/principal.
Erikson Institute is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association
Must have Bachelor’s Degree with 2.75 minimum GPA; minimum 3 years full-time, post-baccalaureate experience in early childhood settings; and 3 letters of recommendation, at least one of which should be from a current or recent supervisor.
