This degree program is offered in Nairobi, Kenya, in collaboration with Christ the Teacher Institute for Education, located at Tangaza College. The purpose of the program is to provide advanced quality training to graduates for leadership roles in secondary schools, and to equip them with knowledge, skills, and expertise to respond to emerging educational leadership dynamics. This program provides graduates with a strong foundation in educational leadership and administration; educational guidance and counseling; curriculum studies; ethics and morality; human resource development; educational research; and cultural diversity.
