The University of Baltimore's M.S. in Human Services Administration program boosts your qualifications for leadership in positions in corporate, government, nonprofit and community settings. The program includes two internships in which you are challenged to apply, in a real-world setting, what you’ve learned in a specific area of your choice: addictions counseling, rehabilitation, health care, family services, mental-health services, gerontology or negotiations and conflict management. Faculty members bring both academic knowledge and professional experience to their classrooms, helping you make the connections between theoretical concepts and practical applications of leadership.
