The graduate program in Human Development and Family Studies investigates development of individuals, families, and other intimacy-based relationships, and intervention and prevention programs. It draws on social and behavioral disciplines including sociology, psychology, biology, human development, and anthropology. The graduate program in Human Development and Family Studies prepares individuals for research, college-level teaching, and professional positions. Students in our program supplement coursework with research experiences and professional opportunities.
