Mathematics Education (M.Ed.), is designed to help PK-8 teachers develop professionally as classroom teachers of mathematics and become teacher-leaders in their schools and districts. Teachers in this program will be educated to assist other teachers to teach mathematics conceptually, manage classrooms with large differences in abilities, conduct a variety of staff development activities, and participate in school-wide decisions about the mathematics curriculum.
