The University offers an eighteen month Master of Science in Human Nutrition on campus one weekend per month when the semester is in session. Intake is in the fall and spring each year and admission is on a rolling basis. The deadline is July 15th for fall consideration and November 15th for spring consideration. The program provides a foundation for graduates to pursue careers such as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, Clinical Certified Nutritionist, and Registered Dietician. Scholarships are available to qualified candidates.
