The MBA provides a strong foundation in the traditional areas of business administration, the interrelationships among the various functional business disciplines, and a broad exposure to the contemporary skills of management. Emphasis is on the development of skills necessary to manage in a critical, rational, and effective manner within the complex global environment. There are two different curricula, entirely dependent upon the student's level of professional experience. Either program does not require an undergraduate degree in business administration. The MBA for Experienced Professionals is designed to develop effective future business leaders. The program is designed primarily for adult professionals with a minimum of three years of full time professional experience with or without undergraduate business degrees.
