A cohort based program, the Ph.D. program is a research intensive program, intended primarily for individuals seeking a career in higher education or in other research-oriented leadership fields. The program can be completed in three years of full-time study. Focusing on the formulation of innovative problem solving and approach, the doctorate offers four areas of emphasis:

*Disability Studies Emphasis
*School Psychology Emphasis
