M.S. - Agriculture, Food Science and Nutrition Specialization
A specialization designed to prepare students for research, development, and technical management positions within all segments of the food industry including appointments with both USDA and FDA. Students choosing the nutritional science option can prepare for leadership roles in education, and food service institutions, or become research technologists, consultants, or clinical dietitians. Students completing thisspecialization often enter Ph.D. programs at other universities.
