Professionals in health and social services need to work collaboratively to be effective in their work and to serve the needs of their patients and clients. It is a core principle of this course to enable and promote interprofessional learning to foster interprofessional working. This course is aimed at people working in health and social care who have a responsibility for managing and delivering continuing professional development within their organisation. Participants have the opportunity to relate their learning experiences and work with colleagues from different professions to current government policies for the NHS and social care that promote life-long learning.
