This course is hosted by the internationally recognised Centre for the Study of Democracy (CSD) and offers an innovative, disciplined and intellectually challenging theoretical and empirical framework for the study of issues and perspectives within the international relations discipline. Various aspects of international politics are considered, including the dynamics of international social and political power relationships and conflicts. These are studied in the contexts of various historical continuities, discontinuities and contrasts, as well as in relation to political and social processes. A wide range of option modules complements core modules in International Relations.
