The copurse draws on the Departments research strenghts in cultural and media studies, film and visual culture and is taught by acadmeics with international reputations in cultural research.
MA Cultural Research is distinctive in its emphasis on research-driven learning. Students are encouraged to develp their own research projects with tutorial guidance and to present this work in different formats, culminating in a 20,000 word dissertation and conference presentation.
