The Certificate course is a Higher Education entry level programme consisting of six modules, aimed at those who currently have, or wish to pursue, a career in HR or training but who lack experience or academic qualifications.
Our Diploma course is intended for training and HR practitioners with three years or more practical experience, who wish to enhance their existing skills and knowledge through the application of theory to practice. This programme has six modules which build on existing academic experience gained from the CLMS Certificate or other broadly equivalent courses.
The BSc Honours Year aims to build on the theories and topics covered in Years 1 and 2 and allows you to focus in depth on some of the key issues in HRM today. During the final year, you can choose three optional modules before moving on to complete a research methods module and dissertation.
