The global marketplace: more than a catchphrase, it's a hugely important part of world commerce today. Success in almost any kind of business relies on an understanding of, and connection with, international markets. The language, specific needs and cultural differences of international business partners or clients play an enormous role in determining the success of the commercial relationship.
This course will give you the intercultural skills you need to take on the international business environment. As well as languages and business concepts, you'll study cultural theory and examine the impact culture has on a number of areas of business, such as advertising, communication and negotiation. You'll graduate with a range of business skills that you'll be ready to apply in a global context. If ever a course was designed to open windows to the world, this is it!
