International Master's degree in the Sociology of Law
The IISL offers an International Master's degree in the Sociology of Law. Degree requirements include the successful completion of courses and the acceptance of a dissertation ("tesina"). The programme provides a comprehensive knowledge of theoretical and empirical sociology of law, in the view of its application to legal practice as well as to socio-legal research. The programme includes intensive courses and seminars taught by an international teaching staff.
The courses and seminars of the Master's programme will be taught in English. However, students may take their examinations and write their papers in another language, subject to the agreement of each professor.
