Master of Science in Culture, Organization and Management
Organizations are a social intersection where people meet. The Culture, Organization and Management (COM) programme explores how people deal with their work, customers and each other within their organizations. COM provides a deeper understanding of the complex socio-cultural patterns and processes within organizations integrating knowledge of organizations with social-scientific insights into culture, identity and power. The programme is characterised by its avoidance of standard models.
The Master’s in COM is a one-year, full-time programme starting in September each year. The programme enables students to deepen their knowledge of the cultural dimension of management and organization, as well as their skills to research, describe and explain this dimension. The programme focuses on themes such as Transnational Entrepreneurship, Identity and Diversity in Organizations, Cultural Change and Intervention.
