This master combines insights from marketing, strategy, project management and business process management with a focus on developing new products and services or improving production processes; in other words, ‘managing the process of developing and commercialising new products, new services and/or new knowledge by the firm’. The programme covers all the elements involved in bringing a new product or service to the market, from the brainstorming phase to product launch, and from internal management issues in the research and development process to long-term innovation strategies.
