Applicants whose first language is not English or French and who are not Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents must include their TOEFL score. Applicants whose first language is not English or French and who are not Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents must achieve a satisfactory score (Computer Test: 90/120 IBT) on the TOEFL or an overall score of 7 on the IELTS. This requirement is waived for foreign students completing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree at a university where English or French is the primary language of instruction.
