The Educational Leadership specialization is designed to provide a broad knowledge base to current and future educational leaders. The program covers several areas including staff development, community-school relations and school administration. Graduates typically seek administrative positions at school and school-system levels. Most graduates take on roles within public and private schools as curriculum leaders, department heads, assistant principals, vice principals, and principals. The degree may also lead to roles of system directors, coordinators, and superintendents.
