This program (Graduate Certificate/Diploma/Master of Logic) aims to provide graduate-level training in modern symbolic logic and computational methods to any graduates, especially those from departments of computer science, engineering, mathematics, philosophy and cognitive science. The program also aims to address interpretational questions arising from logic, artificial intelligence, mathematics and computer science; and, more generally, the ability to understand arguments, written or spoken, and to communicate clearly argued responses to them. The program can be undertaken by any graduate who already has done an introductory course in logic, and can ultimately provide a route into the PhD.
