About Us

Do you want an opportunity to advance your career and transform your life but aren’t sure where to start? Since 1865, working adult learners have been turning to Peirce College for that opportunity. Your life is busy, so college needs to work for you, and at Peirce, it does. We offer flexible, career-focused associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs and certificates for working adults, so your education here will be directly applicable to the latest advances in your chosen career field. When you leave Peirce with a degree or certificate, you'll be confident you're doing so with the credentials and abilities you need to achieve  the career you deserve.

Peirce offers undergraduate degrees including lines in Business, Healthcare (non-clinical), Information Technology and Paralegal Studies.  We also offer a graduate degree, a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership & Management. Since we work closely with top employers and our professors are active in their professional fields, the lessons you learn in the classroom will give you the practical skills and knowledge you need to build a successful career.

Why Peirce?
Peirce College has served working adults for 150 years, and during that time we've learned a thing or two about making our programs work for our students. While we’re of course willing and able to educate traditional-age students, our focus is on bringing higher education to grown men and women who have different needs than the 18-22-year-old student does.

Are you busy with work and family life? Well, we make it easy for you to find time for your degree by making courses flexible and accessible. In fact, we were one of the first schools to offer students full online college degrees all the way back in 2000, and we’ve always made our programs interchangeable. That means that if you decide you want to attend classes on our campus, online or a little bit of both, you can do so at Peirce.

How do we make it so easy? Simple: our online courses are the very same courses we teach on campus in Philadelphia. Online students get the same lessons taught by the same professors and benefit from the same academic support system as on-campus students do. Plus, if you choose to earn your degree as a distance learner, you’ll be able to attend class from anywhere with an internet connection, and many students find it easier to participate with their professors and classmates in the online environment.

Whether you decide to attend classes here on our Center City Philadelphia campus or take your classes online, you'll get the flexibility and attention you need to be successful. For 150 years, our mission has been to equip adult learners, in a personalized, student-centered environment, to achieve their goals and successfully fulfill workforce needs.

The education you need for the career you deserve is waiting for you here at Peirce College.
