Excellent teaching is at the historic heart of The College of William & Mary, the second oldest university in the nation. The School of Education prepares teachers, specialists, counselor, school psychologists and administrators to be leaders in the field. Today, the School of Education continues to take pride in its fusion of liberal education and professional studies at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Our programs are characterized by rigorous curricula, quality instruction and clinical supervision, and a supportive environment in order to prepare exemplary professionals. We offer programs at the master’s, educational specialist, and doctoral degree levels for both full-time and part-time students. Our programs include Teacher preparation and add-on endorsement programs; Counseling, School Psychology, and Educational Policy, Planning & Leadership.
