The Manhattanville graduate education program is focused upon innovation and the integration of research, philosophy and psychology with pedagogical preparation and practical teaching experience. There are many options: we offer the MAT for strong liberal arts graduates with few or no prior courses in education. Upon completion, you will be eligible for NYS certification as a teacher of Childhood and/or Early Chilhood Ed., English, Social Studies, Math, Science or Foreign Language instruction at the secondary and middle school- or teacher of Art and Music in all grades.
