The Patterson School offers an interdisciplinary professional Masters of Arts degree designed to prepare students for international careers in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Our hallmarks have been the deliberate small size of the school, the program's low cost, and its focus on both diplomacy and international commerce. Patterson School faculty are a mix of exceptional scholars and practitioners with decades of experience at the Departments of State, Commerce and in the intelligence community. They know firsthand what is needed to succeed in the international arena and are dedicated to providing an unparalleled direct learning experience. Our program of study can be completed in 18 months. Courses and seminars are supplemented by a rich variety of co-curricular activities, ranging from a major fall conference and spring crisis simulation to visits to Fortune 500 companies.
