USC started the State Capital Center in Sacrament in 1971. We are proud to have graduated hundreds of students since that time. Our faculty are among the finest in the world, with tenured faculty and adjunct faculty creating a solid, relevant learning experience that is enhanced by the quality of students in classes. Since most students are working fulltime in a professional capacity each one is able to expand on class topics by bringing in relevant examples drawn from their own experience. Classes include multi-generations who learn to enjoy working together.
