Test scores should be sent directly to UW-Stout (school code #1740); (3) Official copies of all post-secondary transcripts (translated into English), including proof of baccalaureate and/or highest earned degree; (4) Undergraduate GPA of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale; (5) specific program requirements.
