M.S. - Food and Nutritional Sciences

The Food and Nutritional Sciences program combines a strong content knowledge base with applied research. Three concentrations augment the research and class core: Food Science and Technology, Human Nutritional Science and Food Packaging, Students planning to become registered Dietitians may enroll in a Dietetic Internship accredited by the Commission on Accreditation/Approval for Dietetics Education.
   
Accreditation Information: The Graduate School at UW-Stout is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools (NCA) to offer programs at the master's and education specialist levels. Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education.
