As an interpreter of the behavioral sciences in educational settings, the school psychologist functions cooperatively with professional educators, as well as other concerned persons in the community, in an effort to improve the psychological climate of the school environment. The School Psychology Training Program is fully accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists and by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education.
