Many corporations and government agencies require the use of systematic instructional design approaches. The Instructional Design Certificate program prepares students for such environments by focusing on the assessment of performance problems, deciding when training is needed, specifying training needs, designing and developing training programs, and evaluating the results of training. Students applying for this certificate program must meet the admissions requirements for graduate programs in the School of Business Administration.
