Programs in Organization Development at the Graduate School of Management prepare professionals to successfully lead learning and change initiatives in organizations. Focusing on the role of the change-agent, the program enables students to master the behavioral, organizational, and diagnostic knowledge and skills required to facilitate interventions that will bring about growth and development. Students will become adept as internal or external consultants to organizations, and will be able to identify the need for change, as well as effectively plan, implement, and institutionalize strategic, techno-structural, human process, and programmatic change efforts in response to the turbulence of a dynamic market and economy that necessitates on-going learning and transformation in order to survive.
