Focusing on the role of the change-agent, the program enables students to master the behavioral, organizational, and diagnostic knowledge and skills required to facilitate interventions that will bring about growth and development. To best prepare students for the rigor of our MBA program, each applicant’s academic background is evaluated to ensure he or she has the proper foundational business and management knowledge necessary to successfully complete the 41 credit-hour MBA program.
