Doctor of Education in Agricultural Education
Online

The Joint Doctor of Education in Agricultural Education is an innovative degree that combines the strengths of Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University. The Ed.D. degree requires 64 hours of graduate study over four calendar years. The delivery strategies include periodic face-to-face meetings, Internet learning tools including WebCT, and regular meetings using interactive videoconferencing with students and professors in several locations in Texas and beyond. In order to be considered for admission to a cohort, students must have a master's degree and verbal and quantitative GRE scores taken within five years of the beginning of enrollment. This modern curricular design and delivery system provides academic quality and educational access for mid-career professionals in agricultural education. Enrollment is open to individuals both within and outside the state of Texas.

Accreditation Information: Texas Tech University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
