Master of Education in Applied Technology, Training, and Development

The Master of Education degree with a major in Applied Technology, Training, and Development is a 36 semester hour program designed for people who are seeking careers in the education field. Like the masters of science, this program requires coursework in advanced computer technology, basic instructional strategies, history and principles of applied technology, cooperative education, research, diversity, and curriculum theory. The Master of Education has a six (6) hour minor field outside the major. This is the recommended degree for those seeking certification in Trade and Industry Education, Office Education, Marketing Education, Career Investigation, and Vocational Administration.
