The non-accountant manager who is challenged with accounting issues - this MBA concentration provides a strong core of management knowledge and tools complemented by an in depth background in accounting principles and skills. 2. The CPA, who already possesses the technical skills of accounting, but desires to expand his or her managerial skills and add additional areas of accounting knowledge. 3. Managers who intend to eventually take the CPA exam. This concentration can provide added value through the accounting coursework earned while completing the MBA degree. To best prepare students for the rigor of our MBA program, each applicant’s academic background is evaluated to ensure he or she has the proper foundational business and management knowledge necessary to successfully complete the 41 credit-hour MBA program.
