Educational Media and Educational Technology On Campus   The program of Educational Media and Educational Technology offers a Master of Education degree in Educational Media and Educational Technology with concentrations in educational communications and technology or school library media. The School Library Media Concentration(SLIB) prepares candidates to become certified as school library media specialists to serve in K-12 schools. The SLIB curriculum is aligned with the standards of the American Library Association, American Association of School Librarians, and the State of Tennessee licensure standards. The purpose of the educational communications technology concentration is to meet the needs of educators. The concentration’s main thrust is a systematic approach to the principles of instructional design, production and management of learning resources, and application of technology to the teaching/training domains.
