The Program is designed to meet the educational objectives of experienced professionals who already have the technical foundation necessary for their work, and therefore, are not seeking training, development of basic skills, or entry-level credentials. The people who choose Organizational Dynamics as the next step in their education are seeking an intellectual environment that values their work experience as an integral part of understanding and explaining the forces that influence organizations. As professionals, they wish to participate with their peers and colleagues in an exchange of ideas about many of the issues that concern organizations in both the public and private sectors. The Program's goals are to provide insights into how different organizations and different fields interpret and deal with the changes confronting them, and to add value to individual and organizational performance. Classes are offered after work, and the Program may be completed at the participant's own pace. Concentrations include Global Studies, Organization Change and Development, Organizational Coaching Studies and Organizational Leadership Studies.

Accreditation Information: The Organization Development/Change concentration follows the guidelines for graduate ODC degree pro
