In the Interdisciplinary Doctor of Education Program, professionally mature students combine an interdisciplinary theoretical foundation, field based experience and personal knowledge to begin a life-long process of self-definition as school leaders. And because administrators need not only skills, but a foundational philosophy, the program works to foster ethical reflection. To that end, students reflect upon systemic issues and education policy as well as the exigencies of local practice.
