The graduate program in Health Services Management and Policy is part of the School of PublicHealth and is designed to prepare students for positions of leadership in management and policyanalysis for the health services industry. A core curriculum is required of all students, beyond whichsubstantial latitude is given for the pursuit of individual objectives. Many students choose to develop a specialization around either functional lines (e.g., finance, strategic planning, marketing, labor relations) or an area of application (e.g., gerontology and long-term care).
