For all AFIT programs, admission and selection of students are handled through appropriate USAF directives. There is no charge for tuition, since our students are granted a "scholarship" to attend AFIT through their respective services. The Graduate Computer Engineering (GCE) and Computer Systems (GCS) programs are conducted by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and prepare officers for assignments involving the design, test, evaluation and management of computer systems.
