Students in related fields, such as speech and language pathology, psychology, etc., will receive this certificate upon the completion of the certificate requirements. During a summer internship, students seeking this graduate certificate are required to demonstrate appropriate data-based assessment, teaching and learning standards of knowledge, skills, and dispositions as specified by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education and the Council for Exceptional Children.
