The program also accepts students who wish to study dentistry, veterinary, and osteopathic medicine or other allied health professional programs such as PT, OT, and physicians assistant. Postbac students are both recent college graduates and experienced professionals with backgrounds unrelated to healthcare. Upon arriving on campus they have completed a rigorous undergraduate education and often extensive life and career experience, yet have taken little or no science coursework.
