Master's
M.A.- Jewish Art and Visual Culture
On Campus

The Master's program in Jewish Art and Visual Culture is unique among university programs. It provides specialized training for students interested in a professional career in the field of Jewish art, and serious study opportunities for those interested in deepening their knowledge of the Jewish contribution to the visual arts. Students enrolled in this Master's program emerge with an understanding of Jewish art within the contexts of general art history and Jewish culture (in the larger sense). Two museum internships allow the student to become adept at art handling and cataloguing.
