This program is designed for certified school nurses holding a baccalaureate nursing degree, who can earn an M.S.N. in as few as 25 credits. Premised on the conviction that the school nurse plays a significant role both in the school and in the community as a health care provider, the curriculum centers on the areas most relevant to school health, school nursing and healthcare. This program is offered exclusively on-campus at the College of Nursing in South Orange, New Jersey, with classes offered in late afternoons/evenings on a full-time of part-time basis.
