Students in the program function within a cohort and mixed cohorts throughout their program of studies and learning relies heavily on small-group interaction and problem-based learning experiences. During the second year of the program, students will be able to apply the educational theory through an intensive, yearlong field experience in schools where outstanding practitioners have been identified.
