The M.Ed. program in Instructional Systems Technology is designed for persons who seek to develop skills fordesigning and implementing curriculum and instruction strategies that incorporate instructional systems technology. Students in the program include both (1) teachers in public and private schools and (2) persons in the private sector who wish to increase their instructional technology skills. For those who work in the public schools, the program qualifies graduates who already hold either an "A"or "G" level teaching license from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (or from another state) for the advanced-level ("M") license as Instructional Technology Specialist: Computers (077) and Curriculum and Instruction Specialist (113).
