These encounters raise questions regarding the ways in which they cooperate and work together and point to the need for diversity management of organisations and societies. Issues of diversity in organisations and of a multicultural society are increasingly on the agenda of managers and policy makers. Within the Master's programme Organisation Studies, you can choose for this specialised track Organisation of Cultural Diversity. The programme is offered by a multidisciplinary team of lecturers from anthropology, cross-cultural psychology, human resource studies, organisation studies, religious studies and linguistics. Programme The programme is compact. The workload is challenging, thanks in part to the small scale of the study settings.
