They can pursue their studies at times and places convenient to their schedule. This interdisciplinary degree program offers all courses on-line through Blackboard and requires 30 credits for completion. Deficiency courses may be suggested to supplement the student's academic understanding of engineering principles.  Pre-Requisite Courses International Student Requirements International students are required to submit TOEFL scores of at least 71 iBT, 195 CBT, or 525 PBT or IELTS of 6.0. It is the responsibility of the applicant to have foreign transcripts evaluated on a course-by-course basis by Educational Credentials Evaluators, Inc (ECE) to determine Grade Point Average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale. The equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor's degree must also have been achieved.
