The Reading Education Program prepares teachers, specialists, teacher educators, and researchers for service in the field of literacy development. Combining studies of theories and practice in reading instruction, the curriculum focuses on current research findings; improvement of classroom methodology; analysis of diverse materials and curricula; and service to schools, children and adults.
