Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology
On Campus

With its blended online courses and in-residence seminars it is a unique 2 year program designed to accommodate the working professional as it prepares them to function as professional mental health counselors. It is an excellent choice for those interested in working in settings including court clinics, forensic units, correctional facilities, child advocacy centers, or forensic assessment and treatment facilities. It is a two-year program with core requirements in areas including law and mental health, counseling theory and technique, diversity and cross cultural psychology as well as community consultation. As with other MSPP programs, there is an intensive clinical training component each year of the program. A student’s job, however, can serve as a field placement if it meets certain requirements.
