It allows experienced people to acquire the knowledge, skills, and direction necessary for moving into new or more advanced positions in the field of human services. The program offers course work in all required areas of the curriculum; in addition, as part of its interdisciplinary, competency-based approach, it seeks to evaluate the skills and knowledge demonstrated by students in a variety of settings.
