The Department of Leadership, Foundations and Human Resource Education offers the Master of Science program. Program graduates are able to assess performance problems in organizations, design and deliver appropriate interventions, evaluate change and the impact of interventions. The program is offered in the Louisville area, at Ft. Knox Army Base, and in international locations (most recently Cairo, Egypt; Prague, Czech Republic, and Panama City, Panama). In addition, the entire degree program can be completed using distance education technologies (students in the Louisville area should take locally offered sections). A doctoral program track in Human Resource Education and Organizational Development also is available.
